UPDATE - MARCH 18th 2020

Following this mornings government announcement we will, with immediate effect, limit the number of people in our premises (including staff and parents) to NO MORE THAN 100 people at any one time.

✅ General Sessions & Events are running as normal (within the 100 people restriction as stipulated above). Please note: priority access will be given to booked parties.

✅ Sk8 classes are running as normal (within the 100 people restriction as stipulated above).

✅ All toilets are being monitored and cleaned more regularly during sessions. We have disinfectant soap dispensers, an air dryer and disposable hand towels after washing.

✅ Additional hand sanitising pumps for all staff whilst food handling.

✅ We highly recommend that all customers wash their hands after using toilets and before eating food.

❌ If you are unwell or have flu like symptoms or had direct contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not visit the rink.

❌ Please understand that customers and staff who exhibit flu like symptoms (sniffles, coughing or sneezing) will be asked to go home as a precaution to minimise the risk of infection.

🥳 To help our customers party minimums will no longer apply for ALL PARTIES until further notice. Any party with 10 people or more will receive a FREE ice cream cake or icy pole per paying guest.

We will continue to monitor the situation & take all action necessary to protect the welfare of staff, customers & the wider community.

Cancellation: The Sk8house Cancellation Policy stands. Cancellations once a deposit is made will not be refunded. Should Sk8house be forced to close or cancel an event, party, function or booking, then a credit will be offered and if this does not suit, a refund will be given on request.
