Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 Australia Post and Courier services have advised that their usual postage times are now being delayed due to an increased number of freight.

Please keep this in mind if you need something within a certain timeframe and order Express if you need something urgently.

AUSTRALIA

Free Pick Up Option

If you choose the Free Pick-Up In Store option, when your order is ready to collect we will send you an email to confirm.

Some of our items are Online Only – meaning we don’t keep full stock in store.

If you choose items that are not currently in stock or are Online Only we will contact you with further options including if you wish to wait for the item to arrive in store or whether you would like to pay for the item to be shipped to you or use the free shipping option (if applicable to your order).

Once you have processed and paid for your order please wait for email confirmation of pick up availability before coming to the store.

Shipping Costs

Your shipping cost will vary depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered. We will price the delivery based on the size and weight of the items you have purchased. Please be aware that shipping is calculated off the larger of the either the package size, or weight. Typically the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be.

If parcel exceeds satchel size or weight we will contact you before processing.

Delivery Time

We use multiple courier companies with a delivery time between overnight and up to 10 business days after despatch. Our couriers deliver weekdays only. The courier will be automatically selected based on the goods being shipped, the size and weight, delivery pick-up address and delivery location address. Please note that if you want to ship to a PO Box address, you must choose Australia Post as your shipping method.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery.

Please note that these postage times are approximates only and can vary, for example if the address is in a remote area or if there is an unexpected delay from Australia Post or the courier.

If you do not receive a tracking number or if your parcel is not delivered within the timeframe provided please contact us immediately.

We do not take responsibility for parcels that are not delivered within the timeframe specified.

Authorisation to Leave (ATL)

All orders shipped by Sk8House will contain an ATL – Authorization to Leave.
This means that the courier company will leave the package/s without a delivery signature. If you are not present to receive the package, your delivery will be left at your door or in a position that the delivery driver deems secure. If the driver feels that there is not a secure position, they may choose to leave a call tag and return your delivery to a depot or Australia Post location of their choosing for collection. Sk8House is not liable for any loss or damage to the package/s.

International

Prices vary for ALL International Shipping charges.
All items will be shipped through FedEx or Australia International Post.
– charges will be calculated at checkout and vary on total weight of your order.

Important Note: it is your responsibility to be aware of destination custom and duty costs. These are not included in your shipping charge. Customs and Duties vary from country to country and Sk8House accepts no responsibility for any associated or unknown costs that you may incur.
